Why did my move fail even though the arrow looked clear?
An arrow only escapes if every tile in its path is completely empty, all the way to the edge of the board. If any part of the path is blocked — even one tile — the move fails and costs a life. Use the Hint button if you're not sure which arrow is safe to move next.
I lost all my lives. Is my progress gone?
Not necessarily. When you run out of lives, you can choose to watch an optional rewarded ad to get an extra life and keep going on that same puzzle.
How do I move around a large board?
Drag with one finger to pan around the board, and pinch with two fingers to zoom in or out. The Zoom button also toggles between an overview and a close-up view.
Will my progress carry over if I switch devices?
Progress is currently stored locally on your device only. Cloud saving may be introduced in a future update.
I found a bug or the game crashed. What should I do?
Please email us with your device model, Android version, and a short description of what happened right before the crash. Screenshots help a lot too.
